溺水淹亡是3-14歲兒童非正常死亡的頭號殺手,由此我們研制了“泳池溺水報警器”。
該報警器采用了基于2.4G的無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)、光電傳感技術(shù)和計算機技術(shù),可靠地實現(xiàn)了入水探測、信息傳輸和數(shù)據(jù)處理。報警器由溺水探測、手持報警和計算機數(shù)據(jù)處理裝置三部分組成。正常情況下,溺水探測裝置定時發(fā)射信號給手持報警裝置和計算機。當(dāng)游泳者的頭部浸入水中時,溺水探測裝置不發(fā)射信號,溺水探測、手持報警裝置和計算機計時程序啟動,若達到規(guī)定的計時門限后游泳者還未出水,程序判斷游泳者溺水。此時,溺水探測裝置發(fā)光閃爍,顯示溺水者位置,手持報警裝置和計算機聲、光報警,以便救生員對溺水者施救。
通過組網(wǎng)的方式,可用于海濱浴場或更廣泛場合的報警。

Alarm System for Drowning in Swimming Pools

Drowning is a top one killer of the unnatural death of children between 3 and 14 years old. Therefore, we develop an “Alarm System for Drowning in Swimming Pools”.
Adopting technology of wireless network communication in 2.4G, photoelectrical sensors and computer technology, this alarm system is reliable in detecting underneath water, information conveyance and data treatment. It consists of a drowning detector, an alarm handset and a computer data processor. Normally, the drowning detector sends signals to the alarm handset and computer at a fixed time. When a swimmer immerses his head in the water, the detector will not send signals, at the same time, the drowning detector, alarming handset and computer timing process start to operate. If the swimmer is still in the water beyond a specified timing threshold, the process estimates the swimmer is drowning. Then the detector emits radiance, indicating the location of the swimmer; the alarming handset and computer give light and sound for lifeguards to take measures to save drowned persons.
With a net-combining mode, it can be used for alarming in coastal bathing place or wider areas.
